Squat X Shipping Policy

At Squat X, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and efficient shipping to ensure that your fitness gear reaches you in perfect condition and on time. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle orders, shipping, and delivery.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.
• Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number to follow the status of your shipment.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 4-7 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

Domestic Orders:

• Free shipping on orders over PKR 3,000.
• A flat fee of PKR 250 will be applied to orders under PKR 3,000.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently offer shipping across Pakistan only. Shipping rates and delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Squat X is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@squatxclothing.com within 5 business days of receiving your order, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

7. Changing or Cancelling Orders

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@squatxclothing.com. We can only make changes or cancellations before your order has been processed or shipped.
